Car Issues
Question: What do I do if I lose my keys?

Question: What do I do if my car won�t start or I am having mechanical troubles?
Answer: Contact your Warranty Administrator @ 605-271-6220. Your Warranty Administrator will provide you with further instructions and assist you throughout the entire repair process.
Sioux Falls area residents:  If you have a repair issue and become stranded after hours (M-F after 7pm, Sat. after 6pm & Sun.) contact your roadside assistance and have your vehicle towed to Wheel City Service. Please contact your Warranty Administrator the next business day to advise them of the situation.
Residents outside of the Sioux Falls area:  If you have a repair issue and become stranded after hours (M-F after 7pm, Sat. after 6pm & Sun.) contact your roadside assistance and have your vehicle towed to one of the vendors on the Preferred Vendor List on this website.  Please contact your Warranty Administrator the next business day to advice them of the situation.
Contact an automotive repair facility and schedule an appointment to have the repair issue diagnosed. Please request the repair shop to provide you and your Warranty Administrator with a diagnosis and estimate for the repairs. Discuss your payment options with your Warranty Administrator.
ALAC can assist you with financing for the cost of your vehicles repair, if necessary. In order to participate in this assistance, you must be current on your vehicle payments with ALAC. Please contact your Warranty Administrator for terms and conditions. We offer this service as a privilege, not a right to our customers.
Payment Issues
Question: What do I do if I can�t make a full payment by the due date?
Answer: Call 1-800-584-9292 to make arrangements with your personal Account Representative.
Question: Can I make payment by phone or set up auto pay?
Answer: Yes, we accept check, credit card, and debit card by phone. Yes, you can set up auto pay by calling 1-800-584-9292 for instructions.
Question: What do I do if I move or change jobs?
Answer: Call 1-800-584-9292 prior to the move or job change.
Question: What do I do if I need to change my payment dates?
Answer: Your signature is required. If you live out of town, you will need to call 1-800-584-9292 for instructions.
